CLEANLINESS PROTOCOL
At Suites Malecon Cancun we prioritize the health of our guests and collaborators, at the same time we want you to feel free in our hotel. For this reason we are committed to achieve excellence, we have innovated our cleaning protocol to prevent the spread of Covid19, through engineering, administrative, personal protection, training, sanitization and disinfection measures.

Our employees have been extensively trained to comply with all safety and hygiene measures and new operating standards adapted to our processes, for the prevention and protection of our guests, employees and the home of our employees.
Our collaborators are trained with 5 courses certified by the IMSS, with a total of twenty-two hours of training, among the courses are:

PERSONAL PROTECTION
We provide our collaborators with a personal protection kit corresponding to their functions to be performed (mask, gloves, mask covers, glasses).
The use of mouth guards is mandatory for all our employees, for their protection and that of our guests.
Engineering measures have also been taken to install acrylic anti-contagion protection screens, which serve to provide a physical barrier that helps reduce the possibility of contagion and increase the safety of customers and employees.
SANITIZATION AND DISINFECTION
Once the suite has been cleaned and disinfected, the entrance of any person is prevented until it is occupied by a guest. When the guest definitively leaves the suite, all toiletries such as toilet paper rolls, personal hygiene products, bags, etc. are removed and replaced. Textile garments are machine washed, in full wash cycles, at a temperature of 65ºC or 80ºC for at least 10 to 4 minutes respectively.
Contact surfaces such as handles, switches, etc., are cleaned with special care.
Chlorine solution is used, with a concentration of 10% liquid chlorine.
